The beautiful Mikubo Plateau, a well-known spot for azaleas, is located to the west of Yanagisawa Toge mountain pass, and has also been selected as one of the top 100 places in the Kanto region from which to view Mt. Fuji. Hanzento, a scenic spot located at an altitude of around 1,650 m, offers vast, 360-degree panoramic views of Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps as well as the mountains of Kai such as the Chichibu Mountains.
